Returns, Refunds & Exchange

Kindly note that all purchases are final.

We are unable to issue refunds and accept returns and/or exchanges due to change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or other reasons except for damaged (at the point of delivery), wrong item or lost packages.

We urge you to carefully research the product(s) you want to purchase before placing your order on Laraholic.ng and also inspect your package upon delivery to ensure they are complete and intact.

Lost or Damaged Shipment

If your package appears to be damaged on delivery or we delivered the wrong item, please do not accept the package, and contact us within 24hrs. A replacement will be sent to you.

If we are unable to re-ship or replace a damaged, wrong, or lost package within 5 working days from when we were notified, we will process your refund to your original form of payment.
